Out with the old to make room for the new!

As you could probably tell from this post, team TFA is working on lots of new things for the coming months. In order to make room for all the exciting new things we've got in development it's time to say farewell to a few old friends. 

As of August 15, the following colourways will no longer be available: Ultraviolet, Amber, Blueberry and Moss as well as the multi's (prism, glacier, meadow, rhythm, lightning, harvest, tulip and gem) I am going to focus on developing my collection of tonal colourways, it's what I love to do and what I think I do best.

The Fiddlehead Mitten Kits will also be discontinued.

It's very hard for me to say goodbye to these old friends, they've been good to me, but it's time to move on. If you'd like to stock up on any of these soon to be unavailable products you can do so until August 15th.

  3. I am going to miss Moss. A while back you had suggested Moss & Plum for "Moody Kerchief" and I have to say it turned out wonderful. What a great color. I am looking forward to seeing your new colorways.

  4. It takes some bravery to let go of products that are working for some people and introduce new stuff but that's exactly what is necessary to make sure that you're always creating your best. I think it's great.

  8. I think this is a good idea, design wise, for you. I dye my own fabircs for my art quilts and a couple years ago I realized the artist should be adding the color so I cut out all the multi color techniques I had used. Tonal colorways are more artistic and useable.

  9. Just ordered a skein of Purple Label in the Amber colorway to make my mom a lace cowl for her birthday. She loves all autumn colors, so Amber will be perfect for her! So sad to see those beautiful shades be discontinued, but am looking forward to what you come up with next. :-)

  12. The Dipped Infinity Scarf Kits contain some of these colours -- will you be replacing them with new colours or keeping the kits as is?
